If nothing else is true about the media saturated society we live in, it is this: We are constantly being told that breast size matters! Like most of what is out there today, that is one of the big lies.
Still each of us who are growing breasts have an image of what size (and shape) they should be. But the actual breast size we obtain with our supplements and breast creams will depend upon what our bodies' DNA allows us. And our personal determination to follow through on our programs.
So you may imagine yourself as having a Double D cup size, but, really, what breast size will you be satisfied and happy to obtain? That is the subject of this male breast enlargement pole.
Your comments upon this poll are welcome. Did I frame the question right? And please post suggestions for future polls.
Note: As of today,12/15/07, we have had 149 poll responses for Poll #1, results can be seen at Poll Results.

I would be satisfied with C cup size as a practical matter. If male breasts were a fully accepted option in our culture, I would prefer D or even DD size. I'm about 200 lbs (although only about 10 or 15 lbs overweight) and a bit over 6 ft tall, so even C size would look "small" on me. D or DD size, on the other hand, would give me that nice feminine hourglass figure I would so much love to have.
I'm a lighter build than you, and a C cup looks good on me - not too large, but definitely not small. Boobs big enough to be seen, felt, and not ignored is the goal; a bra should be more than a fashion statement, it should also support a set of breasts that benefit from it. Too bad society cannot accept men wanting breasts; in reality, we'd have to be content with a cup size that is easily concealable (A cup or so).
I don't think that we need to stop at a A cup because some in society may not like the new frontier that is opening up. Male breast growth is a choice for the individual to pursue if he so desires.
On a practical level I have had no problem concealing myself by wearing looser clothes, not wearing a bra to de-emphasize their shape, etc.
What breast size fits our physiology is an interesting point. Men tend to be larger than women and may need "larger breasts" proportionately... But if you are of slighter build, then your feminine image is more obvious with a smaller cup size.
As a male bodybuilder, I particularly enjoy working the chest and having a large, protruding "bust". Just out of curiosity, I worked out my bra size the other day and it came out at 42F. Not a very meaningful measurement perhaps, but people occasionally tell me I have big boobs - they think I might be offended but secretly I love it. I don't think it's socially acceptable to be this big, but muscles are much more accepted than male breasts.
Question for bodybuilder: is that all muscle?!? If so, it must be very firm ... no need for a bra. Should you stop bodybuilding workouts, though, it all could turn to fat. I've read that body builders who use steroids often (not implying that you do) develop gynecomastia (female-like breasts) when the body "aromatises" the extra testosterone into estradiol (estrogen). It is a natural process which can only be stopped by taking "anti-aromatizing" medications to block that process. But I've also read that many people get alergic reactions to those aromatizing blockers. ... Something to think about. Now that I've got that off my chest (ha ha) ...
Yes it is all firm muscle - I don't require a bra, although when i walk briskly up stairs I do feel my chest bouncing because it is relaxed. I don't use steroids because I know about the dangers - not least to the heart valves. You are quite right. BTW to actually answer the question of the poll, I am quite happy with the size I am now, but bigger would be better! It's difficult to be precise as I don't really know what I would look like but each cup size represents an inch on the bust, so maybe double-G would feel good. (That does sound huge though!). Unlike the previous poster, I do not wish to have a feminine figure - my big chest must be balanced by big arms and shoulders too.
I think that sometimes people will see breasts on men and think that the increased chest areas is due to working out on the upper body.
I have thought that about myself when I have glanced at myself in a store window and objectively looked at my chest area. While they are actually small C sized breasts, the increased chest size could have been due to pumping iron...
I'm 5'11" and about 180 lbs. Just recently started breast enlargement about 5 wks ago, starting with a completely flat chest and I'm now approaching an A.
When I first started out, thinking growing breasts would be difficult, I had a goal of just a B cup, but my body has responded well and I would enjoy a full C.
Breasts, IMHO, should be natural, firm, and proportional to the person, male or female. That means on most women, a B cup is perfect. And on men, a C cup.
I'm enjoying my new breasts and having them develop. Right now in my normal "day wear", they are barely noticable at best. But in my dancewear, when taking dance classes (I do ballet, jazz, modern, and tap), they are especially noticable in my leotards and unitards. I love seeing them in the mirror at the dance studio.
At first, I was apprehensive about growing them, wondering what people were going to think. But I finally realized, what does it matter? Are people really going to think any differently of me? Sure, there will be those few that talk about you behind your back. But there will also be those that like them.
What I realized is that my life is for my enjoyment, not to try to please others or make society happy. So my new goal for my breasts -- let them grow. Where they stop naturally is what I have and is what my body wants me to have, whether that's an A or DD or somewhere in between.
Question for Jan 29 anonymous: What are you using/taking that you are having such fast, easy success? How will D or DD cup size breasts impact your ballet and other dancing? Would such large breasts get in the way? My only vigorous physical activity is running/jogging six days a week, so a sports bra would solve any "problem" even D cup size breasts would create ... oh, how I would love to have such a "problem"!
I'm planning to grow up to a C or B. Not to large, but noticeable and in need of support. I do have the tendency to Gynecomastia and always had larger breasts. The plan is to fill out a Bra in European Size 95 B. If male breasts would be accepted in society, I guess I would grow up to an E or F. Until now I have tried this only with Silicone breasts from Amoena in size 12 which would be a 95 F. What a tremendous feeling .....
When I stopped taking Bountiful Breast , ( used them all up ) I had ended up a size 40B . Now almost 2 months later, I no longer fit into a 40B ,I have to wear a 40C ,and the fit is perfect. All I want to do now is to drop my waist from 30 inches ,down to 28 inches. I want to do this ,but I also want to keep my breasts the size they are . A tea from Fennel and Fenugreek seeds has been suggested to me to keep my breasts while losing size. My body has lost all signs of masculinity as now I had gone from being 38-32-38 ,to 42 1/2-30-41 . I have to wear baggy shirts to work ,because my breasts and nipples really show through. It is impossible to hide the shape of my hips , I cannot wear jeans that have the seat of the pants at knee level . Womens jeans fit better ,but I can't wear them to work ,they would really draw attention . It seems that the women that I work with ,are starting to treat me differently . They seem to be closer and friendlier .I have recieved compliments on my shape from male workers, but I think the female workers might not know how to approach the subject .
I've found a great source for Fennel and Fenugreek. As a matter of fact, I've been supplementing my TF with it since early January this year. For more info: http://www.myevanesce.com/forum/topic_show.pl?tid=4074
Most herbal breast enlargement products contain fenugreek and fennel. You should also be able to find these products in capsules or as extracts at your local whole foods/health foods store.
Since I ran out of Bountiful Breast about 2 months ago, they have continued to grow ! I went from a 40C ,to a 42B . My measurements are changing too ! I was 42-30-41 ,I am now 43-29 1/2-39. I am getting the figure I wanted ! My voice has also changed ! It is softer and lower ! It is getting harde trying to conceal and hide my changes . Now I have women at work ,starring at me in the area of my breasts !
You went from 40C to a smaller cup ... 42B? Or did you mean from 40B to 42C? Do you like women at work noticing your growing breasts? Are the guys noticing too?
I have been taking estrogen and progesterone in relatively high doses for 2 weeks. I have gone from a 36AA to a 36B in this time frame. I feel better emotionally, am enjoying sex more than ever! I agree that the world would be a much better place if society would accept men with breasts
I have to wear under armour underneath my shirts to conceal the growth. My family has traditionally been extremely well endowed, so I may have to stop soon, unless I end up with DD or E cups (which would be extremely difficult yo explain).
- I didn't proof read my message before I sent it ! Yes , I am at a 42c bra now. It isn't a question of doing it to have women stare at me, I am doing it because I want my overall exterior appearance to reflevt how I feel on the inside ! The men at work have commented ,but not at my breasts, they have made comments (very flattering ) about my bottom end ! When I catch some of them staring ,some of them give me a smile and a wink ,but they never say anything !It might be a curiosity thing ,or maybe a new topic of conversation for gossip ! I don't really care if they gossip about me or not, nothing can get inthe way of who or what I am becoming !
To the guy going from 36AA to 36B in two weeks. ... Amazing! I've been at it for almost 9 months and am not at 42B yet. Of course, I haven't been taking high doses of estrogen and progesterone, only Transfemme (Bountiful Breast) and herbal estrogens, which are much slower. Possible explanation for your extremely fast development: that combination of high doses might be tricking your body into thinking you are 6 months or more pregnant and with your family tendency for huge breasts (oh how I envy you!) it is trying to make up for lost time and rapidly prepare you for breast feeding an infant. By the way, it may be too late to stop. If the estrogen you have 'overdosed' on is Ethynil Estradiol, a powerful synthetic hormone, it may be your body is now already swimming in excess estrogen that takes your liver months to clear out, so even if you stop taking it, your breasts will continue to develop for several more months ... which at your present rate of development will make you at least D cup. And it will be permanent. Prepare to go bra shopping. Finally, a warning: overdosing on Ethynil Estradiol can be very dangerous, as it can damage your liver and to a lesser extent, your kidneys ... sometimes resulting in death. I'm not a physician, so I'm not giving you medical advice. For more information, "Google" Ethynil Estradiol and read. ... In my case, it may be too late for me also, only in 'slow motion'. The TF website warns that it can 'take over' my body if I take it for over six months (I'm about to complete 9 months), so if that's true, I may continue to develop for many months even after I stop taking TF in June. I'll grow until I reach my genetic potential, which could be as big as D cup. I too will have some explaining to do, but what the heck, I LOVE my little breasts and hope they grow to D cup size!
How much more growth do you think that I could get if I used Etynil Estradiol after taking Bountiful Breasts for seven months? Since I have ran out of Bountiful Breast 2 months ago,my breasts have continued to grow. With my luck ,I would try it to gain a cup size or two ,and I would end up a D or DD !That wouldn't be bad for me,my wife might get a little upset ,because my breasts would be bigger than hers! Before I started taking Bountifu Breast ,I had been taking Estrogen and other feminizing hormone for a year. From what I have taken , my breasts may continue to grow without taking anything! If they stop growing ,I would like them to be larger! What are some of the advantages of Ethynil Estradiol ?
Advantages ... and disadvantages: Ethynil estradiol is a powerful synthetic estrogen which the liver has can process only slowly, so it builds up in your system and can linger for weeks or even months, so a little goes a long way. The dosages bear that out: Progynova comes in 1 mg and 2 mg capsules or pills and the dosages range from 1 mg per day for menopausal women to up to 6 mg for males trying to feminize. Progynova is gone out of your system within 48 hours. Ethynil estradiol dosages by contrast are 0.05 or 0.1 mg and you had better not exceed 0.2 mg per day. Several of my family members are medical doctors and they warned me that synthetic hormones can seriously damage the liver. Bottom line, Ethynil estradiol is the most powerful feminizing hormone, but you would be playing with fire! It could kill you if you are not careful. I'm not an authority, as I got this info from Googling Progynova and Ethynil estradiol. Go ahead and do some reading on your own and then decide if you want to risk it. Remember, 'your liver is your life' ... don't damage it...
Thank you very much for the information on Ethynil Estradiol. I do not want to jeapordize my life in any way trying to achieve a totally feminized body ! If it takes a little longer than Ethynil Estradiol ,then so be it ! I would rather be feminized and healthy ,rather than feminized in a hospital bed or dead !I could always go back to Bountiful Breast ! My breasts would respond to it faster than anything else I would imagine ,because that is still in my system !
If you're going back on TF/Bountiful Breast, do it soon. The bulletin board on their website has been shut down for several weeks and I get the impression that it's down for good. I'm not sure shat this means, as it has been inactive for over a year, with very little participation. Are they going out of business? I don't know, as I have not been able to reach the owner in almost two months. As for me, my supply runs out the middle of June. I will have been on TF/BB for ten months. My breasts continue to slowly grow and the rest of my figure is also slowly changing. I'll continue on the low dose of herbals I've been taking since January, or if my breasts stop growing before I reach B cup, I might try 2 mg Progynova (that is the least dangerous of the estrogens and 2mg per day is the minimum dose). I don't think that will be necessary, as I believe TF/BB has made permanent changes and I will continue to slowly develop until I reach my maximum potential size ... at least full B cup, maybe even C or D cup.
Thank you on the info on Bountiful Breast . My order of Bountifu Breast ran out the beginning of March 2008. I have also tried to contact them with no reply. That is unusual for them, especialy the way they monitored my progress. If you want to look for other products ,I think I have one that might be well worth the chance. It is Evanesce. You can access it at http://www.myevanesce.com/forum/topic_show.pl?tid=4074 . If I can no longer get Bountiful Breast , I might end up tring Evanesce. Glandulars work differently than herbs. What ever growth you get freom glandulars ,you will keep for the rest of your life. Herbs ,you have to continue taking them .As soon as you stop ,you start to lose size. Let me know what you think .
I need to correct a couple of things stated in the last comment.
First of all the product Evanesce is an all herbal product of phytoestrogens. Their sister product of Feminol contains both phytoestrogens and glandular products.
Secondly and more importantly, the breasts created by phytoestrogens are just as real and long lasting as those created during the female puberty.
You do need to take the herbs long enough to create permanent breasts, somewhere around 6 months, but all the testimonials and research I have done and my personal experience confirms this permanence. Once you have either reached your natural limit in breast growth or the size you desire, you can discontinue taking herbal phytoestrogens and still keep the breasts you have grown.
The body converts phytoestrogens into estrogen which then does its work in growing your breasts and so on. Once you stop taking phytoestrogens, your body just has less estrogen in it, much like women after menopause when their levels of estrogen and progesterone drop (their breasts don't disappear...).
Regards Transfemme, their website seems to be working just fine if you want to place an order, but if anyone is having trouble ordering make a post.
True, you can contact TF/BB to place an order, but if you want customer service or just get answers to questions, their customer service is non-existent. One way or another, TF has done its magic on me and I feel no need to reorder ... ten months on TF is enough. The herbals I've been on have been half recommended dose of Evanesce and Feminol, since January this year and I'll continue on that until I reach the size I want. I believe the reason that just half dose of Evanexce and Feminol are working for me is the fact that I've been on TF/BB for nine months. I've also been on saw palmetto, which has had the effect of reversing my male pattern baldness about 50%.
Now that my breasts are firming up to fill my 42C bra,I have come to the desision to go back on Bountiful Breast for another 6 months. What has happened with me is ,the bigger they get ,the more feminine I get, which in turn makes me want them larger. I don't want to get too top heavy. I am going to have to monitor it very closely . My breasts continued to grow for another 6 months after I had stopped taking the pills. It has also given me back some of the hair that I have lost due to male pattern baldness.
