With 132 responses, 62.88% of men choose Male with Breasts (Feman). These are men who want breasts, but are otherwise maintaining their male roles in life. I must state that this is where I am at. I love having breasts and the more feminine persona getting them has created in my life. But I have not actively explored or presented myself in a female role, publicly. (I am not ruling that out...)
12.88% of respondents said that their ultimate reason for having breasts was to support their crossdressing. These are men who participate in both a male lifestyle and a female lifestyle. They want to act as women, at least, some of the time, while still retaining a more male physique.
And finally, almost one out of four men who voted, 24.24%, indicate that having breasts is a part of their path towards being transgendered or having a physically female body.
There are, of course, many gradations of male-to-female gender, but this poll leads me to think that three quarters of the men enlarging their breasts want to retain a fair portion of their maleness. In my case, I enjoy my breasts, my "softer, more even tempered" personality, but I want to keep the ability of having erections.

I dream, vivid dreams in full color. In my favorite dream, I wake up, get up and look in the mirror and see a tall blonde young female with drop-dead gorgeous hourglass figure including firm, full DD cup breasts. I dream this often. But alas, it's only a dream. At my age, about the best I can expect is to develop a passably female figure with, if I'm lucky, large B cup or small C cup breasts. I'm married with three grown children so as much as I would like to fully transition to female through SRS, it is not likely to happen ... ever. All my life I've known that inside I am a woman, but I've lived out my life in a man's body and made the best of it. As a family man I was a success. In business on the job, I was a complete failure ... I was not 'man enough' for the male dominated world of work. So sad ... Of course, in this poll I voted that I'm a transgender wishing to transition fully to being a woman. Sadly, not likely to happen.
In my spiritual understanding, dreams are real experiences, just taking place on other "planes of existence." Some of my dreams are so real they have become part of my memory stream.
Often now I wear my new, more feminine body in my dreams and that is nice. I always appreciate your comments - thanks!
I would not go as far to say that it would be impossible for you to have your own hourglass figure ! I know ,I should have started with the hormones at a younger age ,this way I would have been able to live as the woman I am within! I only started 19 months ago.I started with estrogen and other feminizing supplements..I then switched to Bountiful Breasts that I took for another 7 months. I started wityh a 38-32-38 male physique.I now have a 43-29 1/2-40 female figure ! Nothing is impossible if you want it bad enough ! For years I have dreamed of being a woman ,and getting married wearing a beautiful wedding dress .The getting married in a wedding dress didn't happen,but turning into a woman did. I had been told that I am talking ,acting ,and walking as a female ! When I go to work,I have to force myself to walk like a man ! It is starting to feel un-natural walking as a man! I love my 5 inch heels! The more I buy dresses now,the more feminine they are !
As much as I would like DD's,the only thing that would be agaist me,is that I would have to buy larger dresses to accomodate my breasts.Currently,I buy some of my things from Frederick's of Hollywood,Venus,just to mention a couple .Most of the thing I have range from a 12 to 18 ,just to accomodate my breasts. If I get breasts too big.I won't be able to wear my feminine clothes . As the size gets bigger ,the femininity seems not to be as much. I would love very much to get down to about a 24 inch waist. The measurements that I would be extremely happy with would be 44-24-38.As you can tell ,I love my breasts. Currently,I am 43 1/2-29-40 . I am not too far away from my goals !
