When a man is researching natural ways to enlarge his breasts, he might quickly discover that there are two main types of supplements he can take: Herbal extracts known as phytoestrogens and animal extracts, usually from bovine ovaries.
Which should he use or should he use both types?
If you want to have breasts, but otherwise keep your male libido (maintain male sexual activity) then phytoestrogens are they way to go. Phytoestrogens are taken in the form of capsules and breast creams (sometimes gum, cookies and soap) daily. Usually by the 6th month, breast growth of up to 2 cup sizes is realized. If you are looking for a more complete feminization along with enlarging your breasts, then bovine extracts are the way to go. For a reference product, I will use Transfemme (also known as Bountiful Breasts). Taking the recommended dosage of Transfemme will slowly change your body's hormonal balance from male to female... Around the 6th month, these hormonal changes become permanent.
According to Transfemme, you should then have and will continue to maintain a female hormonal balance. Your body will continue to produce more estrogen then testosterone and you can stop taking the bovine extract product.
Your now feminine body may continue to grow breasts to their genetic potential, widen your hips, soften your hair and may reverse baldness. You may also lose the ability to have erections and have a lowering in your sperm production (sterility).
Can you also use phytoestrogens with Transfemme? I think so. It can support your efforts during and after you have stopped taking Transfemme.
Both types of products are serious endeavors should you chose to use them. Both will result in breast enlargement. These products should only be taken, if you want the results they will bring.
Personally, I love my breasts, but also love having male sex with my wife. I have gone down the phytoestrogen route. Others who want to be more completely a woman should check out both bovine ovaries and phytoestrogens.

Wednesday, June 18, I'm done with Transfemme/Bountiful Breast. It has been ten months ... 44 weeks, to be exact. I followed all directions and instructions on their website. But starting in early January, I added phyto estrogens (herbal estrogens) to my plan and will continue taking them so long as I continue to get results. I've also taken saw palmetto. So to which plan do I attribute my success or failure thus far? I've added about an inch (one cup size) to my bustline and now have small A+ cup size breasts. I've also regrown about half the hair I lost when I went bald 11 years ago. You've all read my other posts on this forum, so I won't elaborate further. As I mentioned on another post this last week, the owner of TF/BB told me that based on my results so far, TF/BB will continue working even after I'm done with them and taking herbal hormones can only help, although they may not be necessary, as I will continue to grow perhaps for even another year or two. The deed is done and I now have no control over what will happen to my figure. Herbals can only speed up my growth, but nothing can stop it. Taking both bovine ovary and herbal hormones is very effective, but expensive. So far it has cost me over $2,500 and still counting. If I end up with an hourglass figure and beautiful large breasts it will have been worth it.

I've taken herbals and glandulars off and on for 7 years, taking breaks along the way.
I started with 3 months of WonderBreast (former name for Transfemme/Bountiful Breast)in 2000. I grew but things started differently than I expected. I was overweight, but not obese, and didn't have any form of man-boobs. By the time I finished, I had man boobs, but they didn't look like breasts.
I got 3 more months of WonderBreasts, this time with the shakes. The shakes make a BIG difference. Within 6 weeks I was showing visibly through shirts and beginning grow forward more. I started getting comments form people asking if I was working out. Made it to somewhere between A and B cup.
Took a couple years off to adjust to new look and the incoming comments. If you question permanence, what you get with Transfemme is and will be permanent based on my experience.
In 2004 I ordered 6 months of Natureday. I took double doses so the product didn't last but 3 months. I saw and felt growth within days of starting which was much faster than the glandulars. I grew from mid A-B to full B cup and my man-boobs began to look more like breasts. When I say a B cup, my breasts were a full 5" larger than my underbreast measurement.
Took another break till 2008. As for permanence, I didn't lose any size with Natureday either.
Started back in February this year with another 6 months of Natureday and went through it in 3 months again. I'm now a large B cup, possibly a small C. I ordered another 6 month supply, received it in May, and am half way through it. I'm not gaining much in inches, but my breasts are getting rounder and the valley between is looking deeper.
I got on the Transfemme site and read where they say that their product will reprogram the body to chemically become female. I did more research and found this in an actual medical journal (don't know where I found it.) I liked the thought of this so I decided to take both Natureday and Transfemme together. I've been doing this for nearly 2 weeks. Again, I've not seen increase in inches, but my breasts are becoming very feminine in shape and becoming harder to hide.
So, I've taken both, had permanent results with both, and trying a combo now. I'm much heavier today than I was when I started so I can take on much larger breasts than I could have then. I'm hoping to reach a full D cup.

If you are "D" or "Dee", then you can call me "E" or better, "BigE" I'm not a small person: 6'2"+ and about 200 pounds ... so I'm not skinny either. Eight years is a long time to be on glandulars and herbal hormones. I'm in my 60s, so I couldn't expect fast response or rapid growth, I was told. Tomorrow morning I take my last TF/BB capsules, and as I said in previous posts, this is not the end, just the beginning, as I will continue taking herbals until I reach my goal. I have no idea how big I'll get, as my female blood relatives range from B cup for the skinny ones to D cup for my mom and DD cup for my grandmother on my dad's side. By the way, I wish you could find that reference to that medical journal report on reprogramming of the male body to produce female hormones using TF/BB. I wonder, does it change the DNA?

I'll see if I can find that article again. Unfortunately, I don't remember my search criteria or what article it was in. Changing the chemical makeup from male to female wasn't the object of the journal though, it was one phrase that I happened to notice.
What dosage of TF/BB were you taking for so long? Women's dose is 2 pills daily and 8 pills for men.
When I took Wonder Breast (now Transfemme/Bountiful Breast), there wasn't a dose for men. It was a woman's product. There were some things in the FAQ's about men taking them and getting good results, but no warnings of sterility or total body feminization. I don't think WB knew this effect on men themselves at the time. I actually stopped at 4-1/2 months because I my butt and hips started widening like a woman's and that took me by surprise. I've reached the point I'm okay with that now, but not when it first happened.
Wonder Breast didn't stop when I did. I continued to feel and see growth for a good 2 months following in my butt as much as my breasts. The actual size increase wasn't much, but it did continue.

Big E here ... To answer your question, I took 8 pills a day for 275 days, then 6 a day until today, my last day. I also had a protein milkshake (just a scoop or whey protein powder in chocolate milk) every day. Also, I took 1000mg of L Tyrosine, because my temperature consistently ran at about 97.8 and not above 98.2 as recommended. In other words, I followed instructions very carefully. I've added about 1 1/2 inches to both my bust and my hips/butt and about one cup size (not quite a B on the left, still A size on right)... I'm a little disappointed, as I was hoping to be at least a full B size by now. But whereas I started out with tiny, shapeless 'man boobs", now they are round and firm and look and feel like real breasts. As a matter of fact, if I were only 5' tall and 110 pounds with those little breasts, I would have a nice, sexy petite figure ... but I'm 6'2" and 200 pounds, so my breasts are lost on my large frame and only barely show through two layers of clothes. The owner of TF/BB told me that males my age and older take longer to develop, but eventually get just as big as younger males do ... it just takes longer and often there is a delayed reaction. If I can gain just one more inch in the bust and lose at least 3 inches around the waist, I'll have a real nice feminine figure ... I'm now 45 1/1 - 40 - 45. So after 10 months on TF/BB it is likely that I'm now chemically a woman, producing more estrogen than testosterone. If that is the case, then over the next year or two my body will continue to change into an hourglass figure. Time will tell ... I'll just have to be patient. Oh, and by the way, I was also told that if my doctors try to counteract the estrogen by feeding me testosterone, by body will just "aromatize" that extra testosterone into even more estrogen. So I'm stuck with a lot of estrogen for the rest of my life ... at least I hope I am.

I wouldn't call being able to properly fill a bra and panty set being "stuck" with anything!
What effect did this have on your sex drive since you're now producing mostly estrogen?
I wasn't complaining about swimming in estrogen ... far from it. I would love to be swimming in estrogens, especially if those hormones leave me struggling to fit into a D cup bra and forcing me to wear ladies jeans. The truth is, I deliberately walked into this wonderful 'estrogen trap', knowing that once trapped, there would be no going back. But make no mistake, it is a trap. That's why their website warns not to take TF/BB unless you want to become irreverseably feminine. About my sex drive, it is still there, but different. No more erections, but I still love foreplay and cuddling and caressing. In other words, I still get 'turned on'. Fortunately, my wife and I gave up on conventional 'sex' years ago, so she doesn't feel like I'm shortchanging her. She said she doesn't miss 'sex' ... we just make love in a different way.
This is to Big E and Dee . I am gladf to hear of others that have had the same results as I have from taking Bountiful Breast ! I had tried other products with no results ,at least none visable for over a year before using Bountiful Breast.It is too bad that I didn't use Bountiful Breast the whole time .If I had ,I would have been feminized totally years ago. I took them from September of 2007,to March 2008.My measurements went from 38-32-38 ,to 43-29-40 .My body happens to be swimming in estrogen ,because my breasts are still continuiong to grow . Wearing men's jeans is almost a thing of the past .If they fit my butt,then they will fall right off .If you wear a belt or suspenders ,all the excess denim is bunched up ,and that looks horrible.So ,for work ,I have to wear men's jeans that are almost a second skin .My breasts are to impossible to hide .I just can't wear tank tops ,because my breasts and nipples show through .At work ,the women look and smile,and I get along very well with them now,where as before I started growing breasts,none of them would say a word. I didn't grow breasts or get feminized for that reason. I have always considered myself as a girl that didn't grow breasts , so I did something about it ! I have no regrets what -so -ever ! I talked to Kristin at Bountiful Breast .She has kept up with my progress since I started.She is a real sweetheart .I wish all women had her outlook on men that transform into women! I think it would be a better environment !
Big E here ... Question: At work the women you get along with so well and who smile at you when they notice your nice figure, have they asked you about your transformation? Are they simply friendly to you or do some of them 'come on to you'? How do your male co-workers react to you? Do they harass you? By the way, with your nice figure to show off, why not just wear a tight tank top and slinky ladies jeans? What is the worst thing that could happen to you? By the way, last week I called Kristin at TF/BB, but she wasn't there, so I spoke with Cristal (sp?) the new customer service person. She is learning fast! We had a nice, long conversation. She is also a great sales person ... almost persuaded me to invest in another three bottles of TF/BB, saying an older person like me needs at least 12 or 13 months to get the best, long lasting results. Unfortunately, I can't afford the $600.00 at this time. She said that's OK ... when I take it again I'll just pick up where I left off ... but in the meantime she said my breasts will most likely continue to grow, and that I'm most likely 'swimming in estrogens' like you. I must say this has been the best blog I’ve ever had the pleasure of reading, well to be a bit more specific it’s just realy nice to know that there are so many people in the same boat as yours truly. Anyhow some years ago, with about a years worth of thinking I decided that I would be much happier as a “feman”. Of course this goal may have been odd or just completely out-there but my mind was made up, I had no real desire to completely transition into a woman or any interest in men, but I still felt like something was missing so my search began. After sifting through countless possibilities I stumbled upon “wonderbreast” which is now known as “bountifull breast/transfeme”. Just as said before in those days W.B./B.B. dident realy have any specifics on the long term effects on males, well besides the desired ones. I’m referring to the six month rule, the rule that says you shouldn’t take B.B./T.F. unless you’re serious about being chemically female. Luckily for me I could only afford a months supply of the stuff, I guess it was more of an experiment at the time however to my own surprise, it was an experiment that proved strangely successful. Well what I mean to say is that in a months time I dident realy experience much breast growth but a ton of growing pains ( I rather enjoy them actually) but it wasent until the month after did I see any real feminine difference and it was in my legs & butt of all things. With adjusting to those present changes I thought I should take more time to know how much this would effect me as well as be able to afford it Being a junior college student and all. I enjoyed reading your post and found it heartening. I think your situation reflects many men out there - a desire to have breast, but maintain other male characteristics. I believe that phytoestrogens are the best course for those results.
