Any male who has done some research about growing breasts has no doubt come across the term, "breast pump" that somehow relates to their new or potential breasts. I know that I got confused about the subject - what kind of breast pump were they referring to?
There are basically to types of breast pumps that we might be interested in: Breast Enlargement Pumps and Breast Milk Pumps.
The purpose of a breast enlargement pump is as the name implies. This is a device that is supposed to help one's breasts get bigger by pumping on the breast or breast area. Most breast enlargement pumps operate in a similar way. You attach the pump to the breasts which create a suction in which your breasts are pulled outward.
The idea is that your breasts become bigger because the device: (1) Swells the breast tissue by vacuuming fats and fluids into breast tissue cells causing them to expand; (2) Expands the mammary gland tissue to its fullest by stimulating a balanced natural hormone level, as occurs during female puberty, and (3) increases collagen production to firm the breasts.
While I have not used the Breast Enlargement pump and cannot speak to its usefulness directly, in doing my research, I am convinced that such devices are not worth pursuing.
Instead, gently massage your breasts or the breast area to stimulate the circulation in the area, use Breast Success or Perfect Woman, etc. to provide the necessary hormones and take collagen tablets.
Breast Milk Pumps are pumps used by nursing mothers in between feedings to release breast milk to be stored for future use. Women who are not producing enough milk sometimes use a breast milk pump to stimulate milk production. Adoptive mothers who would not normally produce milk, have been known to use a breast milk pump for a couple of months to induce lactation, so that the adopted babies can be nursed.
For men with breasts who want to experience lactation, anecdotal evidence indicates that by using a breast milk pump over a period of 2-3 months, you can cause your breasts to produce milk. This includes using the pump several times a day for 30 minutes at a time and should be supported with "lactation herbs."
My conclusion are that for breast enlargement, a breast enlargement pump is not needed or terribly useful. If you a ready to try for lactating, though, a breast milk pump would be a useful tool.
Have you had any experiences using either a breast enlargement pump or breast milk pump? Share what happened!

Pumps seem to bruise the area, and create oddly shaped breasts.
Supplements and massage really do seem to work well. Haven't tried any creams, but the 3 months of supplements and gentle daily massage moved me from nothing to a full A cup. 4-5 months of massage only brought growth about another cup size. I need about D cups for the look I want, so I'm starting up another round of herbals as soon as they arrive.
Taking your time on this is the key.
btw, does anyone notice being much cooler that before? Boobs seem to do a great job removing body heat!
I, too, have noticed that my breasts helped keep me cooler in the summer.
Having boobs increases your 'surface area' ... more skin, which means more evaporative cooling.
It is like having a pair of radiators up front...
By the way, it does take time for breasts to grow. For women their breast growth takes place over a period of several years.
Wouldn't regular applications of a breast milk pump to the male breast eventually trigger milk production and thus breast development?
Generally speaking, the breast milk pumping action stimulates the production of prolactin which then turns on the milk producing cells present in the breast area.
There could be some slight swelling in the breast area depending upon the amount of milk you produce, but this does not signal the body to create new breast tissue. Women's breasts can swell a lot during the breastfeeding era, but then may deflate just as much as they got bigger after milk production diminishes.
While the presence of prolactin is one component to cause breast growth, other hormonal components are also necessary.
That is why it is useful to massage one's breasts or the breast area (stimulates prolactin production) while taking herbal supplements (or using a breast cream) which provide the other hormonal components to grow your breasts.
Oddly enough I've given the whole breast pump thing a try, many moons ago I wasn't as educated about breast enlargement as I am now and thankfully I've gotten this opportunity to learn. i do own a breast pump I didn't use it for very long, but as far as I know if they do any good at all they can help with circulation but it's just not worth the busing. I do have limited acsses to a breast milk pump, in fact one of my top personal goals is to experience "lactation" this whole quest for me has been more about development than size( even though a c+ cup would be splendid )and from what ive been reading the breast are usually finished developing by the "fifth tanner cycle" which usually occurs sometime after "lactation" which I cicncearly hope is achievable for a male.

I think your comments about your focusing more on development versus just size is well considered and is appreciated.
I think males can lactate given the correct stimulation. I hope to be able to schedule the necessary time to induce lactation in the near future.
