Keeping the Hair On Your Head

One of my reasons for growing breasts is to reflect my feminine side - in public - when I want to. I have also let my hair grow - it is now down below my shoulders. And while I normally just keep the hair bunched up in a ponytail - I do play with different styles... Of course, that is one reason why I am actively making sure I keep the hair on my head.

There is no doubt that one of the aspects that makes a woman look like a woman is her hair. Beautiful hair is one of the first things people notice about a woman. Bald spots are NOT HOT, so let's talk about hair loss. Wearing a wig is okay - I do that, too - but nothing beats the freedom of having your own natural hair.

Some of you, have found in your breast enlargement program that your hair has become more fuller, but not everyone experiences this phenomenon. So here are some tips to help every male keep and even restore the hair on their heads:

Here are 3 easy ways to stop hair loss in its tracks:

1. Feed your hair.

Just like your body, your hair needs certain vitamins and minerals to stay healthy. Protein, Biotin, Zinc, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin E are the key nutrients that your hair needs in order to grow.

You can get these nutrients by eating a good diet - but let's face it, most of us eat foolishly. And that leads to dead, lifeless, thinning hair.

Eating a healthier diet - and taking a daily multi-vitamin or taking each supplement separately - are two of the most important ways to prevent hair loss and stimulate new hair growth.

2. Massage your scalp. (Just as you do your breasts!)

Scalp massage is another powerful way to prevent hair loss. Massage increases blood flow to the hair follicles and unclogs blocked oil glands in the scalp.

The more blood you have flowing to the follicles, the more nutrients your hair gets for regrowth - while unclogging blocked oil glands clears away toxins that contribute to hair loss.

Get into the habit of massaging your scalp daily. It only take a few minutes and the results are worth it. Better yet, have your honey do the massage for you - it's a great way to get into the mood!

3. Try Nioxin.

Nioxin is a line of shampoos, conditioners, and hair treatments that reverse hair loss by detoxing the hair follicles and creating a healthy scalp for regrowth. This is one treatment that really works - you should see noticeable regrowth within 3-6 months.

Nioxin is available in most hair salons, as well as online. Nioxin comes in a variety of formulas - so you are sure to find those that match well with your needs. For example: Nioxin System 2 Starter Kit

Having as much hair on your head, image-wise - is something worth being active about - whether you are looking female or male. Try these tips and let me know what your experiences are.

Do any of the breast enlargement herbs (Saw Palmetto, etc) have a secondary effect of hair restoration?

Baldness in men is often caused by having too much of a particular type of testosterone - dihydrotestosterone or DHT. A condition known as androgenetic alopecia.

This testosterone causes hair follicles to die and also shortens the hair follicles growing cycles, causing the hair grown to be weaker. DHT is also know to irritate the prostate which may cause it to enlarge.

As men grow older, they tend to have more DHT in their systems which is why we tend to go bald as we age, although this extra DHT can occur at any age.

Saw Palmetto blocks receptor sites on cell membranes required for cells to absorb DHT. For breast growing this makes the phytoestrogens more effective. And helps protect the prostate.

Saw palmetto also prevents the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase which converts testosterone to DHT from doing so.

With less DHT in the system, and cell receptors being blocked, it follows that there should be less damage to hair follicles, etc.

There do not seem to be any medical studies about this. But anecdotal evidence, posted here and elsewhere, supports the theory that Saw Palmetto and perhaps other phytoestrogens will prevent further baldness and actually restore hair that has been lost.

I can attest to that. Two years ago I was bald, with only almost invisible 'fuzz' on top. Now I have grown back 60 percent of my hair on top and about 30 percent in the back ... and my hair is still slowly growing back. I've been on herbal estrogens since January last year. The herbals I've been on have also alleviated prostate discomfort. I often sleep through the night now, instead of getting up every two hours to relieve myself.
So I 'killed two birds with one stone'.
